The edge of the product is black.

Due to the characteristics of pop chips, we are making the product by pressing the raw material at high temperature/high pressure.

The thinnest edges can be easily transferred and scorched.

I opened a new popcorn, but it is not crispy but soggy/stale.

We pack the product after drying the pop chips.

But, sometimes the products can become soggy due to errors in production or damage during distribution process.

Pop chips are not fried but why is there oil on the product?

we are making the product by pressing the raw material at high temperature/high pressure.
Afterwards, the oil is sprayed/applied and the seasoning powder is adsorbed evenly, which can cause oil to get on.

Due to the characteristics of pop chips, we are making the product by pressing the raw material at high temperature/high pressure.

Raw materials such as corn seed snow, potato peel, etc. may appear in the black spots due to high temperatures.

The seasoning powder is not even.

The product is manufactured in accordance with Korea is salinity control standards. However, there is a possibility that the seasoning powder will be applied unevenly due to a temporary process problem. In this case, please contact the customer service office(080-709-8500).
